Carrie Clark of California Healthy Workplace Advocates (CHWA) on January 24, 2014 spoke out at the hearing of the Credentials Committee of the California  Commission On Teacher credentials. The committee was examining the case of San Francisco Martin Luther King Principal Natalie  Eberhard who had physically abused an African American special  ed student and then bullied out 17 education workers from the school. The lawyer of the CTC, Michael Barth, illegally prevented material  witnesses from speaking at the closed session of the hearing and the  people who filed the complaints were not been notified of the hearing.
